Six to eighteen-month loans are the duration given by hard money lenders and we prefer to do longer loans that we can fund within 7 to 10 days after the consideration is received and then reviewed.

We give out loans according to the shares of the borrower’s property. Even though we may review the income, don’t let that scare you because we are an asset-based firm. We also prefer to work with loans that range from 80,000 to as high as 5,000,000 dollars. An equity financing or hard money loan is a program we are working with to help the borrowers who have problems getting approved for financing in the market today.
